Add missing entries in font and color settings #96

I noticed the missing entry for anchor links while investigating #93. I added units tests to check whether the FontAndColors.xml file is consistent with the MarkdownTokeId enum. The effort already paid off because I noticed the missing entry for abbreviations that way. :)
