Maverick Meerkat Desktop - No tools menu available and unable to set IP for transmission daemon #343

When launching transgui via the set repositories, I am unable to access the 
transgui settings via the tools menu, as the tools menu is not available, only 
the file menu.  The IP of the machine running Transmission has changed since 
transgui set it's settings so it keeps coming up with "no route to host".  I 
would not mind manually changing a setting file, but I appear to be unable to 
find the location of the transgui settings.

No idea why the Tools menu is not visible.
Search for transgui.ini file in your home folder.
