Everything is left-to-right in v5.0.1 if Local Setting's Format is set to Hebrew. #734

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. In Windows 7...
1. Goto: Control Panel -> Region and Language Formats tab.
2. Set Format to Hebrew (Israel).
3. Install transmisson-remote-gui v5.0.1.
4. Start transmisson-remote-gui.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything is frigging reversed left-to-right.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
In v5.0 everything was fine. If you change Format to Engish (US) It's fine.

I should've added a screenshot (attached).
Needless to say, this is the only application that suffers from this change.
And I must add that everything else is left as English US. This is not some 
sort of localized Windows 7.

Please see "Issue 866: Please apply my fix (version 5.0.1) in the next release" 
(the last changes).
P.S. archive contains all my revision (see above) + binary (for testing)
