Rolling appender for log files #13

To prevent the single log file from getting really large, investigate the 
creation of a rolling appender for the SOAP XML logs.

The most popular PHP logging frameworks don't support this, so closing as 
WontFix for now. Adding log level filtering (Issue #42) should help work around 
this issue.
