What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any facebook address I get a squid timeout error
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have tried the last 2 stable Lusca releases
Please provide any additional information below.
This may have something to do with mtu, I have tried pinging www.facebook.com
and it will only reply to a max packet size of 1472 and will not reply to a
fragmented packet bigger than 1472
