Like tcp_outgoing_address , can setup ip sources to use for dns connections

Right. Having a specific outgoing address for both TCP and UDP DNS would be a 
good idea.

It wouldn't be that hard to implement either. :) Go on, try it!

AJ, do you want to give this one a shot? It shouldn't be that difficult. Just 
introduce a new config option in 
libsqdns/, and then call it from the configuration parser in src/.
