Unable to install manually by FTP or Cpanel #14

Greetings and Regards Due to the use of shared hosting, I am not able to activate "exec" function in my hosting and I cannot use the quick installation feature. I installed it manually from FTP and CPanel (I copied the material folder file into the OJS themes folder). When opening the website management plugins section, I get stuck in an infinite loading loop and then get error 500. What is correct way of Manual installation?

Hi @amirhfro I'm sorry for the delay. Could you provide ojs version, and material theme version which you are trying to install?)

BTW, I hope you're followed version compatibility with OJS which is provided in README.md, if not there are: OJS 3.4.*:

v2_2_0-0

OJS 3.3.*:

v2_1_0-0
v2_0_1-0
v2_0_0-0
v1_0_0-1
v1_0_0-0 and you can download one of them as a tar archive from release page.

If your issue is not resolved yet we could fix that step by step) (i.e.: screens, logs)
