feat: GH-139 Add `build` section to docker-compose.yml #140

Sorry if I'm taking so long on this PR, I want to test how the docker compose up command works with this section, I remember in the past that this section would sometime make the up command do a build even when an image was present to download. Once I can do some test I will come back to it

after some testing yeah, it's to random on what docker compose will do, apply the suggestion and then I will merge it ✌️
