missing youtube channel image #26

youtube does not put the channel avatar in the feed there are 2 main way to add it that I foud 1) using the youtube api --> need to add an API key setting 2) using yt-dlp to take the image from the playlist of the channel --> need to add some storage to the app

closing as now when a youtube api key is provided in the docker-compose the youtube channel image is present thanks to podtube integration
