add a favicon.ico to the homepage #69

currently the front end is missing a favicon. I suck at desinging icons, so if anyone wants to make one feel free to open a PR and add a folder called static in the root of the repo and your favicon.ico file there.

I will assign this issue to myself if I decide to start working on it.

@madiele I think this can be closed since there now seems to be a favicon in the frontend?

there is none yet, if you have one it's probably your server injecting one or the browser doing some magic
