Japanese text on English United Kingdom system display language in Windows 8 #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Control Panel -> Language
2. Click 'Add a language'
3. Search for 'English (United Kingdom)' and click Add
4. In list of languages, click Options next to English (United Kingdom) entry
5. Select 'Make this the primary language'
6. Log off and log on
7. Run any MacType executable file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: English text
Actual output: Japanese text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacType 1.2012.1022.0 running on Windows 8 Pro 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry here are the correct steps to reproduce this:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Control Panel -> Regions
2. Go to Administrative tab
3. Under Language for non-Unicode programs select 'Change system locale...'
4. Select 'English (United Kingdom)' and click OK
5. Log off and log on
6. Run any MacType executable file

mactype can auto detect your system language and tries to set display language 
by your system language id. however, only English (US) can be recognized as 
English (ID 1033).

I will make Mactype use English as default display language if the 
corresponding language is not available in the next version.
