RPi 5 Specific issue: Implement Dolphin Exit Shortcut #25

Dolphin is currently an experimental package within retroarch, probably due to the fact that it likely is not easily externally controllable. Because of this, certain things need to be set manually in a one-time setup fashion, such as the controls. Supposedly there is a file somewhere that can be edited with a combination of buttons to back out of the emulation back to retroarch. This should be configured.

Start+Sel closes dolphin, editable in gui hotkeys option
