[Request] user-bookmarks/favorites folder #75

This is something that would be nice to have, especially for users of the XFCE Whisker menu, and possibly others. Add a folder icon with a bookmark or favorites symbol in it, then link bookmarks icon and user-bookmarks icon to it.
