Make DB backups before upgrading the DB version #179

Before upgrading a DB version, a backup of the original DB should be made, independent whether a daily backup (#178) has already been made or not.

The proposed backup destination is <SkauTan data folder>/DB backups/<yyyy-mm-dd> - ver <DBVersion>.sqlite.
