Consolidate song metadata from multiple copies #240

Add a tool that processes all songs with multiple files (based on hash matching), and consolidates the metadata from those songs.

First, just add a dialog that displays the songs grouped by hash and all their metadata, then based on the experience gained from that, try to come up with reasonable consolidation methods.
