This PR introduces:

A better way of dealing with the "physics" use-case dependencies (requirements.txt).
A new "all" use-case Makefile rule (clean), to automatically delete copied files.
MadMiner version bump to v0.7.2 after some key fixes were introduced in this PR (explanation here).
