Improve REANA interactions #32

This PR updates several files to improve the interactions with REANA:

Creates a new Makefile rule to simplify REANA deployment: reana-deploy.
Updates the reana.yml to reference the inputs files correctly.
Fixes the workflow.yml stage names, to make it compatible with --visualize Yadage execution option.

In addition:

LICENSE has been updated.
README has been updated to show the usage of Makefile's reana-deploy rule.
