added codes for alternate gta versions #8

the current cheats don't work for all versions of gta vice city & san andreas, so i added cheats that work for the versions i currently have. these were put in a separate folder so users may copy them to their OPL/CHT folder as required. note that i only added codes for the versions i currently use but this opens the door for future contributors to add their version.

Specially since Daniel santos, a fellow homebrew developer, made the ultimate widescreen hack for GTA SA SLUS_209.46, Wich is already on my repo
