Norme : Netbios d'après http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NetBIOS

The NetBIOS name is 16 ASCII characters, however Microsoft limits the host name 
to 15 characters

NetBIOS names can include almost any combination of alphanumeric characters 
except for spaces and the following characters:
 \ / : * ? " ; | +

J'ai étendu les interdictions sur tout les caractères spéciaux à 
l'exception du tiret (-) car il me semble que c'est quand même du BEST 
PRACTICE de faire ainsi
