Added support for Delphi 11

@Boberoo , did you tested them enough? does not have D11 right now under the hand.. Overall the commet seems fine to merge

So far today I have built one very large project, and 2 medium sized ones, and no problems so far. Have tested editing, saving, backups, restores, stored proc extractions, other FB services, all fine. This is using Firebird 3
