Add timer to the reminders #1138

Feature Request

When we create a reminder there should be an option to add a timer to it and it should remind us at the scheduled time

We can think of adding a concept of "Alarm" at Reminder, Task, SubTask, Hearing level. This will specially be helpful in case of Mobile Apps.
