Feature Request

Default Providing Due Date and Target Date while creating the task manually as the date of creation can make ease in creating Task

While creating new task it ask for default date and due date in case we can provide an option to set service wise default date and due date as a setup that can ease the task creation process and will definitely help many users

Please have a look at Scheduler feature in Service View -> Compliance Tab

These is Helpful in case of Recurring Task. But in case of Yearly Task like IT Filling we hv to complete it by Due Date and that in Max 3 Days If the Target Date and Due date can be set at service level like Due date 30th July and Target Date 3 Days from the date of Creartion can ease the task of creating
