Adding Prefix in the Client info #1323

At present there is a feature of adding First&Middle name and Last name in the client information sheet while creating new client. We would like to add a feature whereby a Prefix to the name can also be added like Mr / Mrs/ M/s/Bhai/ ji

This I believe have very little value addition to the MIS system and decision making process. Hence, currently marking this feature request as "Votes Wanted"
