Leave Module : Requirement w.r.t. same is as follows :
(1) Leave will be applied by the employee/article trainee of the Firm to the higher in Hierarchy.
(2) The higher in hierarchy to get notification regarding approval of the said leave. He may have the right to approve and reject the same.
(3) At the time of application of leave the concerned person may be informed in the dashboard itself regarding when was the last time the leave was taken.
(4) The dashboard of the approver also must display information regarding the last leave taken by the employee.
(5) Various categories of leaves needs to be made available. Viz. Sick Leave/Casual Leave and Examination Leave.
(6) Day wise leave needs to be applied and same needs to get in sync with the timesheet/attendance database.
(7) Total no. of leaves taken in the financial year.
(8) Provision for Half day leave may also be considered.
(9) Admin to be given the right to mark the leave in case of inability of the employee to apply. Such application needs to be approved by the higher hierarchy person of the employee.
