Task Comments Tagging and Separate section/notification #388

It would be good if we can tag users in task comments. If somebody tags someone, they should get an intimation. Also if somebody comments, teams of that task must get intimated. A separated section where it shows all unread comments and once we read it can removed from that section.

We already have a report for the users to review Task History. So, in a way this report solves the main problem statement.

I agree, having a mechanism to mark the notes as read would be awesome. However, it will require a lot of effort and hence will think on designing this feature if we receive more votes.
