Shortcut at the level of Bill #749

Allow creation of Shortcuts at the level of Bill

@vatsalbhatia Please share the your use case and how it helps.

One use case that I can think of: Link to the folder where all the bills pertaining to this client are kept. But in this case, it's better to store the shortcut at Client level rather than Bill level.

For linkage to that folder (where all bills are stored) one common link would suffice at Office Management Client.

I am thinking of mapping that bill itself eg. {networkdrive}:mypath\Bill Folder\Billno.pdf

therefore it would be different for each bill.

Further in case of a bill it would be mapped to multiple tasks which may belong to multiple clients of same group.

It may be visible at task level / client level / group level (based on tasks which are linked to that Bill) but creation of this shortcut in database should be linked to Bill only.

further this is more useful because as of now Jamku does not generate any PDF file on itself, it just allows us to print screen which in effect saved as PDF.

So this will help us to directly open that PDF from system.
