Option to make ClientNo, TaskNo as Unique #188

Suggested by few Jamku users.

Feature

Provide 2 options to make ClientNo, TaskNo as Unique for a record.

How it will work

When a user adds TaskNo/ClientNo, check if it's already added to another record. If already added, throw error.
