Dear Sir I have immensely benefited by the JAMKU -IT. I got small suggestion

  1. When ever an intimation is released it is not forming part of either Proceeding or Notice. We have to access intimation from the calendar only. I request you add another button intimation along with proceeding, Notice etc.
  2. Another issue Few months back when i requested for Grievance button it was introduced. How ever when ever department releases the resolution the same is not being included under grievance. Please see to include grievance resolution also gets down loaded Hope you will attend to this for the benefit of all your loyal customers. Regards CA.M.K.Kumar 9849667748

  1. We already have this feature, you can click on the Files option under Return to open all the intimations. Snag_185b12b

  2. We have this planned, and it will be live in the next update (most likely tomorrow : 26-05-2023) https://github.com/madrecha/portal/issues/231
