GST: Search by ARN/REF #312

GST Notices mention the ARN and REF number in the notices. Various emails received from GST department also contains ARN number.

Need for this feature

  1. Quick search for ARN to find out about which notice/order the communication from department is referring to
  2. Check if the notice already exists in the list. If not, we can then add it manually.
