Sometimes notice needs to be sent to external consultant who may not have access to the software. The notice may contain more than 2-3 pdf files. In this scenario, a button is needed to send the files to an email id.
Additionally, when sending this email, the software should CC the user who is sending the email.
Also provided functionality to choose multiple email ids in TO field.
Further enhancement
At user level provide option to specify the whom the user reports to. If this is specified, the email always add this person to CC field.
