"Auth Token not found" error in Sync for PAN #79

In rare cases, there is error when syncing PAN.

Fixed in v2.4 The cause for this error was because the PAN had opted for Aadhar based OTP login. We are now checking this beforehand and in these cases, we will block the login and mention the reason as "Aadhar OTP Enabled"
