Please see if we can tag the users so that they can carry out the Actions which can be taken. It comes in as a list of things to be done.

Once we integrate this will Jamku Practice Management Software, we can utilize the Todo Functionality of PMS.

We have received suggestions from many offices for this feature. This feature is being designed. Once it's released, will share progress here.
