Report language of the different talks #23

Given the fact that this repository is not spanish-speakers-only oriented, maybe it's a good idea to append the language in which each talk was given between brackets to make our users aware.

For the moment, all of our talks has been given in spanish, but some of the titles where in english. And also, we are having Bjarne's talk next week, which will be our first talk in english and which I'm sure he'll share his slides with us to post them here.

Icons and flags or just [es][en]?

Oh, I haven't thought about using flags! I think I'll give them a try 😁

Well, I'm afraid that markdown (at least that of Github's) lacks emojis for the flags as you can check here. I'm not sure if they will be rendered properly in Github Pages but I won't bet on it.

btw, I prefer text, I'm scared of having too much color, I'm not a big fan of baroque
