Fixing rake task issue with pdoc #22

This commit updates the pdoc submodule to the latest version and so fixes issue madrobby/scripty2#2, which didn't let rake run through without complaining about not finding 'README.rdoc' and others.

Wait a moment, this breaks the template and stuff because of other changes to pdoc. So better forget about it and live with rake && rake package.
