rename semicolon.js to ;.js and update the README #18

While semicolon is right name, I though it's better to use more explicit name.

Moreover, by renaming semicolon.js to ;.js we can save 8 character while typing.

More importantly, it properly ends the name with a semicolon. I don't know how this semicolon-free style of file naming could have slipped in.
