a) project remove code sign,
b) midi output send note off AFTER pressure/z = 0 (after note off, channel is freed)
c) only send pressure = 0, if we are sending pressures
d)tmp fix for duplicate offSym causing incorrect noteoff
(touch tracker should not be sending dup offSym, but this at least stops the noteOff for note 0, after the proper note off)
