add OSC control over parameters #9

Feature: Add an OSC listener and make at least some parameters controllable in performance. Number of touches for example.

One way to cover this maybe with a minimum of OSC parameters would be to add saving of Touch presets like zone presets, and just allow switching the presets via OSC.
