Is there a sassie-wide need for a "run notes" input that would allow the user to write a short project description that would be written to the output files? Such an input might be useful to allow for a longer description of a sample or project. Should it be a required or optional input? An optional input (checkbox?) wouldn't change the inputs for the current modules but would allow for the user to add it if desired.
