convergence module design

Design a convergence module for ensemble analysis that will run a version of the current standalone convergence code.

Keep in mind the following:

Will it be grouped with monomer Monte Carlo, complex Monte Carlo and TAMC, or will it be grouped with other types of ensemble analyses?
Is there a mathematical way to test for convergence that will allow the convergence to be compared between ensembles?
- Calculate the slope of the last N number of structures?
- Keep track of a running slope (during MC structure generation) with the idea that is should approach 0?
- How to best calculate the slope?
