Need to think through were general C/C++/CUDA code that is used across more than one module is going to be archived, compiled, and installed.

Removed core_libraries from git. cpp/ and cuda/ directories, that only contain a single overlap method, was moved to simulate/torsion_angle_monte_carlo and sascalc_library was identical and redundant.

We are going to keep all C++ and CUDA development in extension modules within the module src/ tree.
