There are two copies of this library.

1) core_libraries_1.0/cpp_and_cuda

2) sassie/calcuate/sascalc

We need to make a decision on where the library is going to be located and remove the other copy.

Wrote a file comparison script (src/scripts/compare_all_files_in_two_directories.py) and checked all files and they were identical. core_libraries is now retired and removed from the repository.
