Need to provide epydocs for all scripts with usage description and perhaps sample files. Index of all scripts organized perhaps to functionality should be created.

Are you referring to the convergence test scripts and/or the DNA gui mimic scripts? I have lots of scripts that have not been integrated into the repo. I am not sure which this refers to.

Scripts that are in the repo. Should consider adding your other useful scripts to the repo.
