Adapt our existing syntax parser to create subsets to re-assign various fields based on the selection. These should include segname, chain, rescode, beta, occupancy, element, charge, record name, altloc, icode and perhaps others. Whether index, resid, and coordinates (x, y, z) can be modified this way needs to be thought through.
Need to think about possible redundancy with constraint options that already exist.
