Why I cant add library with add reference in .NET 2008? Is it support in .NET 2008? #164

I want to add library social auth 2.3.1, but it give error

.NET 2008 (C#) on windows 2007

it shows explanation(!) sign on left side after add library... and so I cant 
able to include it in application ... eg( using ...)

SocialAuth.NET works with VS2010 and .NET 4.0. You may need to alter library to 
make it work with .NET 3.5
