Q: Arm64 Support? #150

Perhaps more of a question: Does the extension work in Visual Studio on arm64 PCs?

I didn't see the it listed in the Extensions dialog in VS 2022 on my new Surface laptop; however, I noticed that a commit in July added arm support to the extension manifest. And the last update on the Marketplace was from 2022.

My assumption, then, is that the latest version of the 64-bit extension DOES work just fine, and just hasn't been submitted to the Marketplace yet. True?

(Love all your work @madskristensen -- and thanks to the other contributors, this is one of my faves.)

The features provided by this extension is now built into Visual Studio 2022, so there is no need for it to be updated with ARM support
