Jason Moore did some work to get BundleMinifier working in VS2022

Please merge his changes in

Thanks for the PR, but I'm no longer maintaining this repo. The fork for VS 2022 to use is already published on the Marketplace

Understandable. As your version is much more popular, please update the readme.md to reflect the new fork as being the standard for VS 2022+
