Installed product versions

Visual Studio: 15.4.1 Enterprise
This extension: 0.7.8

Description

Browserlist configuration not being applied

Steps to recreate

I have followed the instructions for browserlist configuration at: https://github.com/ai/browserslist
place browserslist file in project root OR same directory as .css file(s)
browserslist configuration: Chrome > 59 not ie not Edge

Current behavior

-ms extentions are included in the CSS reesult

Expected behavior

no -ms extensions should be added

Seems to not be any way to actually set the settings for autoprefixer at all? The plugin runs autoprefixer via postcss and doesn't pass any settings, so I assume it just uses the default settings. Which kind of renders this whole plugin worthless, if there's no way to set what settings autoprefixer should go by.
