Description

Add settings for extension

Current behavior

Dial scrolls very slow.

Expected behavior

Would be nice to be able to change how many lines scroll at once in the settings dialog. General suggestion to add more configurable things in the settings.

And please make it possible to turn off feedback during scrolling.
