"Add Missing Rules" - "All" Does Not Add All Rules

After creating the .editorConfig file with this extension, if I go to "Add Missing Rules" then select "All", does not add all rules. The resulting file has 92 lines, while I have been able to find a lot more rules resulting in a file over 300 lines (see below).

Please add all the missing rules.

@RealDotNetDave Handling dotnet_diagnostic rules would not be scalable as anyone can create those. Other than that, are there rules that are not being added that exist in this schema?

As an alternative to adding all the rules to each project, I created a NuGet package that has all the rules defined by default. Note, it just builds off of this project.
