When I go to Code Snippets Manager > HTML, the HTMLSnippetPack folder is empty, and there's a yellow caution symbol (not found) on the folder.
Current behavior
In the Code Snippets Manager I selected the HTMLSnippetPack folder so I could see the 'Location' and searched for the directory myself and it doesn't exist.
c:\users\me\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\Extensions\iky1npio.qmq\Snippets\HTMLSnippetPack
I uninstalled the extension and reinstalled and got the same result.
For what it's worth, there are at 4 versions of VS at c:\users\me\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\
14.0
15.0_blah
16.0_blah
16.0_differentblah
Also for what it's worth, in the Code Snippets Manager under JavaScript, there are 12 empty JavaScriptSnippetPack folders with the caution symbol on them (and 1 jquery).
Installed product versions
